BSA A65 OIF Lightning 1971
Great restoration project, matching engine and frame numbers, A65L/GE 104- - and according to the BSA owners club, a UK bike that went to Coburn and Hughes in London in June 1971. The bike came frome a deceased estate and unfortunately there are no documents for it, so it will have to be re-registered, the engine had started to be stripped down, but has had the barrels and head put back on, the bores are still on standard, so the mileage of 20368 is probably correct, there are no exhausts with it, presumably they were to be replaced, as you normally would, it comes with a box of various nut and bolts etc, easy straight forward restoration, original UK bike, not an import, so a dating letter from the BSA owners club will be sufficient for the registration process.
