Hand start, hand change, looks not to have been run for many years, turns over fine, looks to be all complete, ideal restoration project, comes with letter from DVLA regarding usual process of applying to register a vehicle under it's original number using old logbook etc, old tax disc, old MOT, and old VE60 logbook, there is no V5, only these docs as in the picture.
