Velocette Le leather panniers and brackets
Have been well used, genuine things, would clean up, but would need repairs to the panniers, one of the frame brackets has got a dent/hole in it as if something has been dropped on it, would not be seen if panniers are fitted, great for an unrestored bike, very rare.
