Villiers 9E Bond microcar dyna start engine, 250cc, all complete and turns over too, unfortunately as you can see it looks like someone has dropped the engine and managed to crack the outer casing, but the good news is that it doesn't have to hold hold oil! And there is a spare good casing that comes with it anyway. Comes complete with carb and airfilter, have seen these fitted into bikes as well.
